I would like, through these few lines, to express to you some of our thoughts regarding the choice of your company for the construction of our house and also about the result of this decision.

When a year and a half ago we decided to put a prefabricated house on our plot in Artemisa, we started making appointments with almost all the builders in the Prefecture of Attica. Everyone had to show us their own technology, their way and some had new ideas, others less modern. Some had infrastructure in place, others did not. Some were in the mood to prepare a plan and others were not. But they all had roughly the same approach.

When we came to Ag. Paraskevi for the first meeting with a representative of your company, what attracted us from the first moment was your professional approach, that is, the way you welcomed us, the way you presented us your work and your achievements and finally the way you listened to us to capture our need in a first draft.

When the first date finally ended, we left your place in a very pleasant mood and then I said to my wife "I don't know if we will end up here, but these people and their work inspires me with confidence." .

Along the way we chose you and it turns out I was right.

The house, despite the problems of this period with covid, was created and erected in record time. It was impressive that in three days, the concrete platform from nothing, acquired a building of 87 square meters with partitions and rooms.

Despite any delays, everything went ahead and the result is really great. We can't wait to get inside and start living it.

As we got the house in phase 1, we chose for all the work that had to be arranged by us, apart from the carpentry for the kitchen, wardrobes and doors, to use the crews that are already working in Kofinas and you recommended us and in the end we made a very good choice .

Everyone who worked on the construction of the house were real professionals.

from the engineer, Giorgos Chalas, to the last assistant of the craftsmen. Whatever problems presented themselves, everyone faced them with a common approach to finding the best solution.

The only disagreement was the crew that painted the interior of my house, who rushed to finish and deliver the job, without finishing other crews (carpenter) and when they had to make some corrections they asked for extra pay.

I'd like to think it was just bad timing, the exception that basically proves the rule.

After all, this incident does not particularly concern your company, as I had chosen them as an external workshop.

In conclusion we would like to thank you for the amazing work that has been (and continues to be) done. Rest assured that with your approach, all your customers will be as happy as we are.

We can't wait to live in the house you built for us to tell you more impressions.
