I came to the decision to build my house in the area of Examilia Corinthia 90 sq.m. with the KOFINAS COMPANY and I am giving you my impressions.

Because times are tough with scammers and broken builders, risking losing your money, not only did I not regret working with KOFINA but I praise the gentleman who brought me there and I DID change my mind to another type of build that I originally wanted.

That we agreed did not violate anything at all. The materials he used were all from the beginning to the end certified by the best companies. He didn't cheat me anywhere, neither constructionally, nor financially, while he could have if he wanted to for many things that we had not specified from the beginning.

We had very good cooperation with Mr. Michalis Kofinas and his relatives Kostas, Pigi, Eugenia.

The house was delivered in 35 days within the limit, it was done as I wanted, as I expected with perfect thermal and acoustic insulation, humane.

Now I will tell you about the technical staff that I was amazed. Excellent technical training, hard work, methodical, they were cooperative, polite, good guys that Kofinas has gone through a tough time, because good houses are not only made with modern factories, like Kofinas, modern designs and ideas that the company has, but are made and with the good craftsmen she has by her side. There was no sloppiness, no blemish.

After all this I have to DECLARE that if I were to build 100 houses, I would build them with WOODEN PREKAT and with KOFINA I would build them.
