I came to the decision to build my house in the Examilia area of Corinth, 90 sq m. with the KOFINAS COMPANY and I am sharing my impressions with you.

Because times are tough with scammers and ruined builders, risking losing your money, not only did I not regret working with KOFINAS, but I praise the gentleman who brought me there and I made a PRE-ORDER, changing my mind about a different type of construction that I initially wanted.

He did not violate anything we agreed upon. The materials he used were all certified from the best companies from start to finish. He did not cheat me anywhere, neither in terms of construction nor financially, although he could have if he wanted to about many things that we had not clarified from the beginning.

We had a very good collaboration with Mr. Michalis Kofinas and his relatives Kostas, Pigi, and Eugenia.

The house was delivered in 35 days, within the deadline, it was done as I wanted, as I expected, with perfect thermal and acoustic insulation, humane.

Now I will tell you about the technical staff that I was amazed by. Excellent technical training, hard work, methodical, they were cooperative, very kind, good guys that Kofinas has gone through a lot, because good houses are not only made with modern factories, like Kofinas's, modern designs and ideas that the company has, but they are also made with the good craftsmen that it has at its side. There was no sloppiness, no flaw.

After all this, I have to DECLARE that if I were to build 100 houses, I would make them PREFABRICATED WOODEN and I would construct them with a COFFEE BASKET.

The man is a PROFESSIONAL at his job. If you decide to build a house, make it like a COCKPIT with COCKPIT.
