Our names are George and Stavros Vardakostas, and 4 years ago we made the decision to become active in the field of tourist accommodation.

Our search was long because the basic condition was to find a reliable company and with a construction method not the cheapest but the best at a reasonable price, but the extra we will give is worth it.

After a research that we did, together with our engineers, we saw that the KOFINAS company meets all these conditions, both as a company and as a construction.

When we started the project, we found that an organized company came and built for us exactly what we had agreed on and more.

We write this letter after a year of operation where we are much more aware and compare it with other constructions of other companies.
