Our names are George and Stavros Vardakostas, and 4 years ago we decided to become active in the tourist accommodation sector.

In the search that my brother and I did to construct the building, looking for an environmentally friendly and reliable company, we ended up with the company KOFINAS.

Our research was extensive because the main requirement was to find a reliable company with a construction method that was not the cheapest but the best at a reasonable price, but that was worth the extra money we would give.

After research that we conducted, together with our engineers, we saw that the company KOFINAS meets all these requirements, both as a company and as a construction company.

When we started the project, we found that an organized company came and built for us exactly what we had agreed to, plus more.

We are writing this letter after a year of operation, when we are much more aware and we are also comparing it to other constructions from other companies.
