Dear Mr. Michalis and Nikos,
Many years ago at the end of the 70s, as a small child, my grandfather took me for a walk to the Zappeio Megaron to see the first exhibition of prefabricated houses that had been set up in the courtyard.

Since then, the idea took root in my childhood mind that when I grow up I would like to have one myself small house on the meadow gazing ecstatically at an inscription that read Kofinas brothers.

The years passed, but the dream did not fade and so it managed to come to life in a small meadow in Neos Pyrgos, N. Evia, by those same people who my childhood eyes read decades ago in the same inscription, which they read today in front of the my "little house on the prairie"…

Thank you for keeping my childhood dream alive all these years and for making it a reality with consistency, professionalism, honesty, methodicality, quality and of course speed!
