Many years ago, at the end of the 70s, as a little child, my grandfather took me for a walk to the Zappeion Mansion to see the first prefabricated house exhibition that had been set up in the courtyard.

Since then, the idea took root in my childhood mind that when I grew up I would like to own one too. small house on the meadow gazing ecstatically at a sign that read Kofinas Brothers.

The years passed, but the dream did not fade and thus managed to come to life in a small meadow in Neo Pyrgos, North Evia, by those same people whose childish eyes read decades ago on the same inscription, who read today in front of my own "little house in the meadow"...

Thank you for keeping my childhood dream alive all these years and for making it a reality with consistency, professionalism, honesty, methodicality, quality and of course, speed!
