My dear friend Michael,
With this letter I would like to thank you first and then your partners, for the relationship of trust and reliability that we have developed over the years from 1989 until today.

I would like to remind you that our first contact with the KOFINAS company began in 1989 at an exhibition of prefabricated cottages in Zappeion.

It is a fact that until then, both I and my family were very busy, wasted time, but most importantly without result.

We met together and started an excellent collaboration full of proposals and solutions, always adapted to our own requirements and needs. Our wish came true and today we enjoy our holiday home without any problems.

This fact was 20 years later a motivation for my son who asked you, since the same KOFINAS company is now a guarantee in the construction of prefabricated houses, to build him such a modern residence adapted to today's data and requirements or which will also be a permanent residence.

Our cooperation is once again perfect. What we said and what we agreed on was strictly observed. You delivered us a modern house, modern ergonomic but above all beautiful.
