With this letter, I would like to thank you first and then your associates, for the relationship of trust and reliability that we have developed over the years, from 1989 to the present.

I would like to remind you that our first contact with the KOFINAS company began in 1989 at an exhibition of prefabricated cottages in Zappeion.

It is a fact that up until then, both I and my family had been very busy, we had wasted time, but most importantly without any results.

We met together and began an excellent collaboration full of suggestions and solutions, always tailored to our own requirements and needs. Our wish came true and today we enjoy our cottage without any problems.

This event, 20 years later, was a motivation for my son, who asked you, since the same company KOFINAS is now a guarantee in the construction of prefabricated houses, to build him such a modern house adapted to today's standards and requirements, which would also be a permanent residence.

Our cooperation was once again impeccable. Everything we said and agreed upon was strictly adhered to. You delivered us a modern house, modern, ergonomic, but above all, beautiful.
