It was the summer of 2014 when we decided as a family to build a summer house on a plot of land that we had from before. The biggest wish was my father's who dreamed of a summer house with a sea view and we, his children, wanted this dream to come true.

We turned to the Kofinas company after getting recommendations from engineer friends for their proper work and because a prefabricated house was incredibly convenient for our own requirements as we did not have time to deal with much.

From the first meeting we understood that we were dealing with people who treated us first as friends and then as clients, they immediately understood what we wanted to do and helped us realize what we had imagined and dreamed of.

We were unimaginably impressed by the friendliness and willingness of every person who worked in our home. Our every whim was catered for in both design and construction.
