It was the summer of 2014 when our family decided to build a summer house on a plot of land that we had owned for a long time. The biggest wish was my father's, who dreamed of a summer house with a sea view, and we, his children, wanted to make this dream come true.

We approached the Kofinas company after receiving recommendations from engineer friends for their excellent work and because a prefabricated house was incredibly suitable for our requirements as we didn't have time to bother much.

From the first meeting, we realized that we were dealing with people who treated us first as friends and then as clients, they immediately understood what we wanted to do and helped us realize what we had imagined and dreamed of.

They were absolutely punctual and on time with what they promised us in terms of materials. We have nothing but the best to say about the crews that came into our house. We were incredibly impressed by the friendliness and willingness of every person who worked on our house. Our every whim was satisfied in both the designs and the construction.

We had the honor of meeting this company, which we will recommend to any friend of ours who wants to build a house, but even more, we had the honor of getting to know the Kofinas family as people and feeling like their friends.
