My name is Panagakis, a name that only a person can call me by. A lovable person, with a lot of imagination, a lot of humor, very sensitive, but above all he is real, which is what won me over and that is how my story with Michalis Kofinas began.

In 2004, my wife and I decided, having two small children, to build our own summer house, because for many years we were constantly staying with friends, siblings, and others, and we got tired of them and we got tired of them too. So we decided to build a prefabricated house.

We started the research, we went to Aspropyrgos, Megara, Elefsina. The result was disappointment. From the people to the work of the houses. We searched in many areas, the result was the same. The last area was Mesogeion, there I said if we don't find anything I will be forced to enter the building process. We passed two companies, the result was the same. Leaving by car we saw the two offices (exhibition) - houses of Kofinas. So we stopped to look and there we were greeted by a very cheerful and friendly lady. This was the first meeting with my friend Vasso Kofinas. She showed us around the rooms, explained to us how they are made and told us many different information solutions as we wanted. At one point I asked Vasso who decorates the houses like that and she told us that she puts her own touches on them. Mrs. Vasso Kofinas has great taste and is very good.

So, while waiting to talk to Michalis, we observed the rooms and saw that even the smallest detail was perfect. So the time came when we met Michalis. With the first contact, he wins you over and gains your trust. So after he told us everything, he built us a dream house according to the plans. With many options, solutions, spaces, luxury, service. What impressed me was that he told me, before I built it and decided, to first go see the work he had done.

At this moment as I speak to you, I have a house of Michalis in the Poulitsa area of Corinth, which is beautiful and doll-like. I have an earthly paradise in my hands. The house, after so many years, has not suffered the slightest thing, because I had heard many people say a lot without knowing.
