My collaboration with the KOFINAS company can be adequately described in just one word: EXCUSE.

The initial contracting agreement for the construction of my building was closed quickly and with very favorable financial terms for me.

The start of construction took place within the stipulated agreed time and the receipt - delivery took place before the agreed completion of the 45 days, and absolutely EVERYTHING agreed was observed (choice of materials, design, additional works, etc.).

The crews worked quickly, were fully trained and willing to make any changes as the work progressed. From delivery to today (2 years) absolutely no problems (moisture, failures, etc.) have occurred. But beyond these and above all, the owners Nikos and Michalis KOFINAS were polite, smiling and efficient even in a case where, as their customer, I manifested personal oddities.
