The construction stages of a house are usually laborious and demanding procedures. The customer's interest is focused on quality, production values, best business and corporate practices and in general a high profile solution that meets the requirements but also highlights the flexibility and responsiveness of the personalized approach. An approach that, in brief and in this case, was founded on high customer demand, thorough work processes and the best result. The above characterizes our entire collaboration with the KOFINAS company.

The choice of the company was based on its good practices, the essential and complete understanding of our requirements and the multifaceted and multi-level support it offered. The company responded on the basis of a structured program of ideas, proposals and solutions evaluated on an engineering, architectural and aesthetic level by the highly qualified staff and partners demonstrating its leadership position in the market. Our unbreakable communication relationship is due to Mr. Michalis Kofinas, a key person in clarifying our questions, submitting creative ideas and finding functional solutions, and Mrs. Maria Bougiotopoulou who with her knowledge background contributed to the formation of the final solution and its full supervision .

The main as well as the individual construction processes were characterized by time and result accuracy, unfailing quality at every stage and strict professionalism. Features credited to the coordinator of the construction project Mr. Kostas Kofinas and his associates. It would be a clear omission to mention them individually as they contributed substantially and qualitatively to the completion of the project. By extension, we would like to thank for their overall contribution, the very experienced Mr. Andreas, the brothers Panagiotis and Yiannis, the duo of oil painters Costel and Gheorghe, Christos and of course whoever we inadvertently omit at this point.

Our ultimate goal was to achieve a balance of construction and aesthetics. An achievement that is solely credited to corporate partner and personal friend Thodoris Samartzis. His multi-layered artistic sensibility contributed decisively to the final configuration of exterior and interior spaces, the color balance, the distinctiveness of the textures. The end result justifies his choices and advice beyond doubt.

In conclusion, it would be a common platitude to repeat what we suggested. What remains from our experience is absolute trust and a heartfelt thanks to a company with dominant values of customer-centric philosophy, dialogue, thorough analysis of proposals and solutions and excellent service.
