Wanting to build my first home, I started researching various prefabricated and conventional housing companies. In the end, I chose to entrust its construction to the Kofinas company. Without having any knowledge in this field I was able to distinguish the difference in the quality of the materials from my very first visit to the exhibition, but also to erase any preconceived notions I had about precasts.

In the meetings that followed, they not only designed the house exactly as I described it to them, but also suggested other ideas that made it even more beautiful and functional. In addition, when choosing cabinets, tiles and other materials, there was a wide variety of designs.

The work was completed very quickly. The guys in the workshop and in general everyone who worked on this construction are excellent. Flawless work, no delays and most of all they are all kind.

Seeing the final result I understood why Kofinas is the first name in the market.

Mr. Michalis, in this difficult time of crisis, thanks to your humanity and your professionalism, I got a house of a higher standard than what I imagined I could get.
