With this letter I would like to report my experience as a customer with the KOFINAS company.

In June 2019, we signed an agreement for the construction of a country house, we proceeded within the times stipulated by the agreement in the study and implementation of the architectural plans and other issues.

Unfortunately, in March 2020, the pandemic with Covid 19 began, where it continues to plague us until today, the beginning of 2022. In these 2 years of the pandemic, unfortunately, my business suffered serious financial losses that forced me to retreat and cancel the construction of the residence.

I discussed with the managers of the KOFINAS company and asked for a refund of some money that I had given, these people understood the problem I had, as well as the problems that the pandemic has created in the market, and they refunded my money.

With this letter I would like to thank KOFINAS for the refund and for understanding.
