With this letter I would like to report my experience as a customer with the company ΚΟΦΙΝΑΣ.

In June 2019, we signed an agreement to build a country house, and we proceeded within the time frame provided for in the agreement in the study and implementation of architectural plans and other issues.

Unfortunately, in March 2020, the Covid 19 pandemic began, which continues to plague us until early 2022. During these 2 years of pandemic, unfortunately, my business suffered serious financial losses, which forced me to back down and cancel the construction of the residence.

I discussed with the managers of the ΚΟΦΙΝΑΣ company and asked for some money that I had given to be refunded, these people understood the problem I had, as well as the problems that the pandemic has created in the market, and they refunded my money.

With this letter I would like to thank the company ΚΟΦΙΝΑΣ for the refund as well as for your understanding.
