I would like to use these few lines to express some of our thoughts regarding the choice of your company for the construction of our house, as well as the outcome of this decision.

When a year and a half ago we decided to put a prefabricated house on our plot in Artemida, we started meeting with almost all the manufacturers in the Prefecture of Attica. Everyone had their own technology to show us, their way, and some had new ideas, others less modern. Some had an infrastructure in place, some didn't. Some were willing to prepare a plan and some weren't. But they all had roughly the same approach.

When we came to Ag.Paraskevi for the first meeting with a representative of your company, what attracted us from the first moment was your professional approach, the way you welcomed us, the way you presented your work and your achievements to us and finally the way you listened to us in order to capture our need in a first draft.

When the first date finally ended, we left your place in a very pleasant mood and then I said to my wife, "I don't know if we'll end up here, but these people and their work inspire confidence in me." .

Along the way, we chose you and it turned out that I was right.

The house, despite the problems of this period with covid, was created and erected in record time. It was impressive that in three days, the concrete platform from empty, acquired an 87 square meter building with partitions and rooms.

Despite any delays, everything went ahead and the result is truly wonderful. We can't wait to get inside and start living it.

As we bought the house in phase 1, we chose to use the crews already working in Kofinas for all the work that had to be arranged by us, except for the carpenter for the kitchen, wardrobes and doors, and you recommended it to us, and in the end we made a very good choice.

Everyone who worked on the construction of the house were true professionals.

from the engineer, George Halas, to the last assistant of the craftsmen. Whatever problems arose, everyone faced them with a common approach, in finding the best solution.

The only disagreement was the crew that painted the interior of my house, who rushed to finish and deliver the work before other crews (carpenters) had finished, and when they needed to make some corrections, they asked for extra pay.

I'd like to believe it was just a bad moment, the exception that essentially proves the rule.

Besides, this incident does not particularly concern your company, as I had chosen them as an external contractor.

In summary, we would like to thank you for the amazing work that has been done (and continues). Rest assured that with your approach, all your customers will be as happy as we are.
