Two years ago we started researching the
construction of a country house in Zakynthos. As
we wanted to avoid the trouble created by
construction of a conventional house (delay,
budget derailment, workshop miscommunication
etc.) and because we desired a construction extremely
anti-seismic due to the strong earthquakes that occur on the island
we immediately turned to the prefabricated solution
residence. The truth is that we visited many companies

our residence by creating a structure, which exceeded
in quality construction every expectation! Usually in
Greece, you hear a lot and see little. In ours
case the opposite happened. We have heard enough but we have seen

Mrs. Pigi and Eugenia Kofina and our engineer Mr.
Hell, as well as with their partners. Mr. Christos at
factory in Athens, our excellent coordinator and assistant

impeccable, kind, willing and fast in their work. THE

he facilitated unimaginably in the obligations he had to
to cover for the crews that worked in the sub
building our house. They built a tall house
specifications and they put into practice even with the above
we had agreed when we signed the contract for her
construction.
Dear Mr. Michalis and Mrs. Eugenia and Pigi
Kofina, thank you for taking action and giving life
in a dream of years. You have given us an excellent build
in which one is really happy to live. We wish you
