Two years ago we started researching the
construction of a country house in Zakynthos. As
we wanted to avoid the troubles that the
construction of a conventional house (slow-moving,
budget derailment, lack of coordination between teams
etc.) and because we wanted a construction that was extremely
earthquake-resistant due to strong earthquakes that make an island

specifications and implemented what was above and beyond
we had agreed when we signed the contract for the
construction.
