KOFINAS SA once again creates something new that makes a difference in the field of prefabricated houses. This factory is located in VI.PA Markopoulou.
In the middle of January 2020, the construction of the new administration offices, show room as well as the new production plant in an area of 10000 m² of KOFINAS SA prefabricated houses in Attica was completed.
It is a state-of-the-art production unit, which will cover the constantly growing needs of the Greek and global market in the area of prefabricated houses.
Now with the new factory, the company achieves, through its state-of-the-art machines as well as with its properly trained staff, greater control and precision in the construction of masonry through the strictest quality control it does in masonry.

Zero contamination footprint
The ecological footprint it is a way to measure the effects of human activities on the earth. KOFINAS SA, on the occasion of its new factory, wanted to zero pollution to the environment and to have zero waste during the production of masonry.
It achieves this through machines where it utilizes the solid wood waste generated during the production of masonry by recycling it into wood pellets. Which she then distributes to her staff.
