Before the construction I lived mainly in England. I was afraid to hire a conventional builder to build our new house, since the work on the previous house we built in Glyfada did not match what we agreed on and before the construction was finished the cost almost doubled. That is why when we found the company KOFINAS we breathed a sigh of relief.

1. The plan of my house (from a piece of paper) was transformed into a professional photorealism, processed by a computer, which showed me the actual dimensions and the image of my residence, completed.
2. Mr. Kofinas took the time and patience to suggest changes and improvements to the design of the house, the choice of tile color, and the choice of kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
3. Mr. Kofinas gave me a quote based on the agreed upon plan and clearly indicated what would be my financial burden. What he said was adhered to until the completion of the construction.
4. He also put me in touch with an engineer, who guided us and we obtained the building permit.
5. He built a fantastic residence in just four weeks, which is second to none.

Our house has been completed for two years now and it is as good as the day it was finished. On our way to our house in Pefki we pass billboards for the Kofinas company. We both thank Mr. Kofinas every time we pass them.
