The initial contract with the contractor for the construction of my building was closed quickly and on very favorable financial terms for me.

The start of construction took place within the agreed time and the receipt - delivery took place before the agreed completion of 45 days, and absolutely ALL the agreements were met (selection of materials, design, additional work, etc.).

The crews worked very quickly, were fully trained and willing to make any changes during the progress of the work. From the delivery until today (2 years) there have been absolutely no problems (moisture, failures, etc.). But beyond this and above all the owners Nikos and Michalis KOFINAS were very kind, smiling and efficient even in the case where I, as their client, expressed personal oddities.
