Having already spent a month since we moved into our new home, I would like to say a few things about it, in simple words, as they are according to my own sense, aesthetics, and judgment.

When we decided to get our own house and the idea of prefabricated came up, I must admit that I was quite skeptical. Of course, I had no idea about the construction method. I started looking at various companies. I talked to many manufacturers about the construction method, delivery time, specifications and cost. I saw several prefabricated houses. So it was the turn of the company COCKPIT. The first impression from what they presented on their website was very positive. Our telephone communications were informative and clear.

We met face to face and, to make a long story short, factors such as the flexibility in the plans and their adaptation to our tastes, the treatment and willingness to serve, the work samples, the seriousness and their many years of experience made us decide and shake hands. After some meetings and changes to what we wanted on the initial plans, we ended up having the house we dreamed of on paper! All that was left was to see it being built. The delivery time was 40 days. Finally, the house was finished and we got the key on the 26th day! The way the construction crew worked during these 26 days had nothing to do with what we know about construction crews. Everyone worked simultaneously 10 hours a day. Experienced, very fast, paying attention to the smallest detail and always willing to solve our every – even the stupid – question. They didn't make it difficult for us or bother us about anything. And without any resentment, everything was done as we asked. They satisfied even our smallest "oddity" and provided a solution so that everything we asked for could be accomplished.

Today in Antiphilippoi, Kavala, we boast our 82m2 ground floor house, with a 55m2 attic, for its functionality and aesthetics. We thank the people of COCKPITWe are confident that from now on they will be by our side for anything we need regarding our home.
