KOFINAS SA factory certified according to ISO 14001
The company KOFINAS SA innovates without resting. As always, it constantly introduces new elements in the construction of houses, which are also recognized as “are certified", both from our hundreds of satisfied customers and from the National Technical University of Athens, where the unique building system of the Kofinas company was tested for its durability surpassing every natural limit of endurance.
Thus, once again, without resting, innovation is seen, with the new factory of KOFINAS SA which will house its vision which has already been in operation since early 2020. KOFINAS SA is once again creating something new that makes a difference in the field of prefabricated houses. This factory is located in the Markopoulou Industrial Zone.

In mid-January 2020, the construction of the new administration offices, showroom, as well as the new 10,000 m² production plant of KOFINAS SA prefabricated houses in Attica was completed.


This is a state-of-the-art production unit, which will meet the ever-growing needs of the Greek and global market in the field of prefabricated houses.
Now, with the new factory, the company achieves, through its state-of-the-art machinery as well as its properly trained personnel, greater control and precision in the construction of masonry through the stricter quality control it carries out in the masonry.
Thus, the appropriate conditions are created for it to become more competitive and to be able to position itself as one of the leading companies in its industry in Europe.
Zero pollution footprint
The ecological footprint is a way to measure the effects that human activities cause on the earth. It is the measure of demand and consumption that measures the coverage of the needs of a society, as well as the waste and greenhouse gases it produces daily. KOFINAS SA, on the occasion of its new factory, wanted to zero pollution to the environment and have zero waste during the production of masonry.
It achieves this through machines that utilize the solid wood waste that results from the production of masonry by recycling it into wood pellets, which it then distributes to its staff.
