Evaluation of KOFINA company services

GENERALLY

In general, we were pleased with the services provided by Kofinas and the quality of the people in the company and in the crews. There was good coordination between the crews during the project and they all seemed experienced and cooperative.

I would like to especially thank George Halas for his good communication skills and for the excellent cooperation we had in the licensing and study areas. George is a very positive and patient person.

I would also like to thank Christos Zafiriadis who was very good at his job, namely in supervising the project, he had everything in mind and coordinated the whole process very well (to the best of his ability). He was also very cooperative and always available.

Recommendations

I would suggest that after signing the Contract, a timeline be given to the client (in writing) so that he/she can know all the steps that need to be taken and when they need to be done. This will help avoid hasty decisions (of the type that X,Y,Z must be decided by tomorrow).

Also (for reasons I don't know exactly) the construction schedule fell behind the initial estimate (the project started in September '17 and was completed in late November '17). I had in mind that everything should have been completed in about 45 days to 2 months.

It would be very important to have a 3D hologram of the house with the selected exterior colors as well as the surrounding area, so that we could make better and more complete decisions. This way, we might have avoided the mistake that was made with the exterior colors of the house (we had said to make it a light gray, like the house at the exhibition, and yet the house came out off-white and this color had nothing to do with the exhibition in Agia Paraskevi). Similarly, a 3D visualization would be useful for the interior spaces, especially the kitchen. Since these houses are built in close lines for all owners, they can be made once and parameterized on the computer accordingly.
