Natural rockwool

The natural rockwool offers exceptional thermo-insulation, sound insulation and resistance to fire (Α1 category – inflammable material). It is produced from volcanic minerals such as basalt, limestone, dolomite, and bauxite. The minerals, as raw materials, are initially fused in an electric furnace. This innovative method, being far more advantageous than the blast furnace commonly applied, allows for the improved control of the melt’s temperature and the levels of polluting sulfur and nitrogen oxide (SOX and NOX) gas emissions of the electric furnace are significantly lower than those of the blast method.

Canexel

The Canexel siding carries all the
advantages of wood, like the ease of installation
and the insulating properties, without suffering
from distortion, humidity absorption and edge
wear.

It is provided at the factory with a durable coating finish, which is factory-colored according to your choice from a wide variety of colors, that requires no further treatment.

Metal clamping corner

Using these metal brackets, the construction is firmly connected to the reinforced concrete base. This way, we have a “tight” construction with improved mechanical strength and better antiseismic behavior..

Ultraboard

λ = 0,25 (W/m²K)

Durable gypsum board from Knauf company, 15mm thick, fire resistant with reinforced core, enabling us to attach loads on the walls up to 55kg per point.

Wall base insulation

The impregnated beams (NTR-A type) at the bottom of each wall waterproof and protect the logs from wear that could occur from possible moisture accumulation on the concrete base, further enhancing the durability of the construction.

Transpiring insulation membrane

The membrane is steam permeable ( breathable ),totally waterproof. It protects walls from condensation, dust and from all weather conditions. The high vapor permeability makes the simultaneous venting of the masonry possible.

Wooden frame

λ = 0,12 (W/mK)

Masonry timber:

Swedish: meaning that it is more solid.

Pine: meaning a greater resistance to humidity.

Dried: meaning that the humidity levels are at 15-16% (ideal for house constructions) and it does not contain chemical loads.

Ecological: meaning that the timber does not contain chemical loads and that the Swedish timber industry policy helps with the absorption of CO2.

C24 class: meaning that it has great mechanical strength.

A wooden frame that is robotically connected using torx screws. It offers additional statical support to the construction.

TORX screw

Connection of separate wall parts using TORX screws, which offer a more solid connection, since they allow us to better control the screwing torque applied.

Vapor Barrier

It stops the vapor-rich air to move towards cooler areas, which would cause liquefaction. It improves the overall insulation of the house, as well as the energy efficiency of the construction.

German metallic sliding masonry joint

Sliding joints which allow for a quick, easy and highly durable connection of the masonry parts. They are pre-installed and pre-adjusted.
