The company KOFINAS SA  presents you a proposal for a tourist complex, 14 complexes of 52.46m² with a total area of 734.44 m², and covered areas of 222.04m². Each accommodation consists of 1 bathroom, 1 room and a living room. The company is constantly innovating without resting.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

Constantly entering new elements in the construction of houses, offices or tourist accommodation. In which the unique building system of the Kofinas company was tested for its durability surpassing any natural limit of endurance.

In the residential complex E-52 you place Swedish timber as the main building material. Which makes the building completely ecological. Since in the construction of buildings the replacement of conventional building materials by wood reduces by 1.1 tons per cubic meter the emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
