We were interested in building a house in Katelio, Kefalonia and after a lot of research we ended up with Mr. Kofina's company. The reason we decided to choose Mr. Kofina was because from the first moment he was completely cooperative and promised us that everything will be done as we want and on time. We were very excited but we were afraid that it is too good to be true.

All procedures went perfectly with the guidance of Mr. Kofina and the house arrived at the time we had agreed and exactly as we had planned. In fact, he suggested some details that we had forgotten.

Today almost 5 years have passed since then, the house has not had any problems and when we look at it we say it is too good to be true.
