I turned to K. Kofinas for the construction of my house and as a 1st floor in an already existing ground floor residence. The reason was lower cost and fast delivery.

I made the final decision after talking with Mr. Kofinas and he convinced me of the advantages of a prefabricated house.

From the moment all the details were settled and construction started, in less than 2 months the house was delivered. All the workers were polite and cooperative, as well as anyone from the company we talked to. In general, the service was excellent and I would recommend the company to anyone who is interested. A piece of advice, for any clarification, mainly of a financial nature, any communication should be made near the company's offices to avoid misunderstandings. With good will all difficulties were overcome.
