The construction method with prefabricated elements was suggested to me by the static studies office to which I applied for a strength check and a study of the height addition of a maisonette to my existing two-story building since 1975.

The specifications of the construction in terms of weight and resistance to a potential earthquake were ideal.

When I visited the company's exhibition KOFINAS and I saw the materials as well as the exhibits of the ready-made houses, my impressions were positive.

However, the decision to assign the project to the company KOFINAS it is due to the quality and character of the people who make up the whole scheme.

The result justified my choice.
