Every person's dream is to own their own home and live in it, enjoying every moment with their family and friends. Our choice of a prefab home was initially based on the speed of its delivery time compared to a conventional home. The choice of the Kofinas company was made via the internet.

It has, in our opinion, the best and most organized site of other companies. After the first personal contact, of course, the reasons were the pleasant, very polite atmosphere and the professionalism of the company's people. Our house was ready much faster, perhaps more economically than a conventional house would have been, but certainly just as we dreamed it, functional, comfortable, sunny and airy. The build quality is excellent. A house made of ecological materials, mainly wood, which offers very good insulation. The immediacy of communication with the construction team is also very important. There is a very good cooperation between them for anything that comes up. We highly recommend it.
