• it has undergone drying in a dryer, which means that the wood has already been baked for weeks and is disinfected only naturally and not chemically (like green wood), and as a result the moisture reaches the ideal - minimum level of 15-16%, for construction of any prefabricated house.

• has an ecological character, since it comes from a fully renewable and natural source

• it is organic, since it has not received any chemical or other toxic substance, providing the ideal conditions for healthy and safe living.

• it is planed, which means that all surfaces are perfectly flat and smooth, and which, in combination with the professional factory assembly carried out in the state-of-the-art factory of the KOFINAS company, achieve absolute assembly and zero joints in all the construction parts of the prefabricated house. 

• it is a Class C24 timber: which means it has very high mechanical strengths showing up to 80% higher bearing capacity than ordinary construction timber. 

• goes through detailed control and screening stages, the beams are separated and examined by an x-ray, while at the same time all their elements are recorded (size, length, etc.).
