Our experience with the Kofinas company began in the context of research for the construction of a family holiday home in Artemisa. Our dilemma was whether we should invest in a prefab or conventional construction based on economic and time criteria, as well as aesthetics. After meetings with some companies -from both construction branches-, but also discussions with neighbors who have chosen prefabricated houses and have lived in them for years, we decided to trust this space.
Mr. Michalis Kofinas and his daughter Eugenia won us over from our first meetings with their professionalism, courtesy and experience in the field. Very soon our engineer, Marios Chalas, designed our house as we imagined, adapting it internally and externally to our needs and taste.
Our project was delivered to Stage 1, but the Kofinas company continued to support us until its completion with the coordination of the external crews by Christos Theocharakis and the constant guidance, information and friendly advice from the Kofinas Source.
The final result exceeded our expectations since, both externally, it wins impressions, but also internally it offers an incomparable feeling of comfort and warmth.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank both the Kofina company team, including all the children who worked on setting up the house, as well as the external partners who helped our house take its final shape: Mr. Ilias for the cement mortar, Fotis and his brother Giannis for their quality work and their decisive role in the atmosphere that the house exudes through the colors we chose, George and his colleagues for their excellent work on the paving, Mr. Michalis for the detailed electrical installations, Mr. Nikos for the plumbing installations and of course Mario who added to his carpentry creations another kitchen-piece of art and with the spacious wardrobes and extra storage spaces contributed to the functionality and ergonomics of the interior spaces.
