We have been in Porto Rafti for 7 years now and we lived in a new prefabricated house from the KOFINAS company for the first time.

We lived for about 30 years in Nea Smyrni where we had bought a ground floor apartment in an apartment building, where every “three and a half” a construction company worker would arrive, sometimes an electrician, sometimes a floor installer, a plasterer and the entire construction cycle to check for damage. We didn’t pay attention, they said, along with a bunch of other excuses to make a living out of us naive people, and thus hide the shoddy workmanship that adorned all the “luxury-built” apartments… Let it rain and we have to fight the entry of rainwater… and much more…

Over the last seven years we have come to understand that all this suffering was due to "intentional poor construction."

We are now available for anyone to see the "miracle" of our prefabricated detached house from the company KOFINAS, which was built with extreme care without any shoddy workmanship or sloppy work! We did not believe as the years passed that we would not need any repairs at all, without having to relive the "parade" of each carpenter for construction problems.

We live in a very beautiful area like Porto Rafti, with the sea nearby and so much vegetation. And with the knowledge, experience and love of the KOFINA family, we also have a house that is strong, beautiful, functional, safe and without a trace of humidity, which is a constant fear of all residents.

So, we thank from the bottom of our hearts the KOFINAS company, this family, Nikos, Michalis, Kostas, Pigi and their entire team, who showed so much care, attention and love to this residence and made the last years of our lives easy and pleasant for us, listening to the birds in the morning, in a safe and healthy home, enjoying a sudden rain without the stress we had learned to live with!
