After many wanderings on islands, in mountains, in villages in Greece, and visits to cities abroad, you are looking for a base, a house in the countryside for easier getaways.

You're tired of hotels and rental rooms and you want your base in a space that you've created just the way you like it.

So we found a plot of land with a sea view near Athens and we loved it. I wanted to press a magic button and build a beautiful, functional house with a nice veranda to gaze at the sea.

After an organized search for prefabricated houses (which we didn't like at all), we finally found what we wanted. The company KOFINA. We were initially thrilled with the designs of the houses: modern, functional and very beautiful.

Michalis and Nikos have knowledge and opinions and helped us a lot in choosing the best solution. From there on it was as if I pressed the magic button I was telling you about. Organized teams under the instructions of son Kostakis Kofinas worked non-stop with passion for the final result.

We didn't get tired at all choosing materials because everything is in the Exhibition and in one afternoon you choose the ones you like.

The final result thrilled us. We had acquired the house of our dreams, just as we had imagined and designed it, and even better because we had the above touches from Michalis that gave the final image of a modern and beautiful house near the sea.
