A few days ago, the Kofinas company handed me the keys to my new house! So… a dream came true for me. The result more than met my expectations.

2.5 years ago, when I was still searching and searching among many companies and engineering consultants, I chose the Kofinas company, because at first I was won over by the interest and knowledge of the people, Mr. Michalis and Eugenia. I was convinced that they were doing the best. That they wanted the best for me. Mr. Michalis's phrase "My Manolis, I don't sell cheap houses, I sell good houses" has impressed me. And he was right!

In the second phase, I was won over by the understanding of these people. When I had to deal with delays in issuing the building permit due to archaeology but also due to the bank issuing the loan, Eugenia always patiently dealt with all situations. In addition, her knowledge helped improve the design of the house so that it fully met my needs.

In the third phase, I was won over by the quality of the construction, the high quality materials they use, the speed of construction, the professionalism and the reliability of words and deeds. Everything we had agreed upon, at the price we had agreed upon. Kostas was very helpful at the construction site.

Personally, I thank the Kofinas company, Mr. Michalis, Eugenia, Kostas and all the employees who contributed to me enjoying my home today.
