It provides insulation to the structure and protects against moisture, without allowing the appearance of water vapor that could gradually cause damage to the structure.
The basic thermal insulation material of masonry. Natural mineral wool offers excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance (category A1-non-combustible materials). Raw materials for the production of mineral wool fiber are the rocks amphibolite, dolomite, or limestone and bauxite. Mineral wool is produced in an electric furnace. This method has advantages over the blast furnace method used to date, because dimensional uniformity is achieved in the produced fibers through the constantly controlled temperature of the melt and it has a minimal impact on the environment, unlike that of the blast furnace.
Certified material (certification EN13163) with high thermal insulation capacity. It is self-extinguishing and waterproof. It also functions as a water vapor barrier. In addition, it has sound insulation properties.
Swedish timber purlins (kiln-fired, class C24) with particular resistance to warping. As a result, the tiled roof has great resistance to time and severe weather conditions.

With these metal corners, the structure is COMPLETELY connected to the reinforced concrete base. In this way, we have a “tied” structure with INCREASED MECHANICAL STRENGTH and IMPROVED ANTI-SEISMIC BEHAVIOR.
Durable gypsum board from Knauf company, 15 mm thick, fire resistant with reinforced core, enabling us to attach loads on the walls up to 55 kg per point.
The tile roof membrane is 3-layered, vapor-permeable (breathable), but absolutely waterproof. It protects roofs from condensation, rain, snow, dust and all weather conditions. Due to its high vapor permeability, it also allows ventilation of houses from the inside.
Sliding joints which allow for a quick, easy and highly durable connection of the masonry parts. They are pre-installed and pre-adjusted.
