From January 2020, when we signed the agreement, to March 2022, when the house was placed in Zakynthos, a lot happened. Things that had an impact on all of us. This, in our own microcosm, brought us face to face with additional delays, which were not related to our agreement with the Kofinas company. This, inevitably, caused new anxiety and concern, about whether we would finally manage to realize what we dreamed of.

Contact with the Kofinas company, our repeated meetings with its friendly and qualified staff and the - in essence - addressing all the emerging problems, helped us to greatly alleviate all this additional stress that arose from factors external to the construction of the residence.

Today, June 2022, we are able to assure anyone who wishes to enter the process of investing some valuable (in this day and age) money and construct a high-quality - earthquake-resistant - highly insulated home, a home that would not want to suck all the energy out of them during the construction - completion phase, that the Kofinas company is a guarantee of cooperation, implementation, coverage of extraordinary requirements, materials, and quality of work.

Our house in Zakynthos was completed in a very few days, WITHOUT our physical presence there and without, in any case, stressing us or worrying us about anything in the process. We thank the Kofinas company and all those people who make up it and who were always there whenever a question arose, a clarification or anything else. Michalis, Eugenia, Pigi, Christos, Argyro, Kostas and all of you, who became "our people" from one moment to the next, we thank you very much for making our dream come true.
