I decided to get my own house in Rafina where I have been living for 17 years. The first thought was an apartment, selling mine in Nea Smyrni and buying an equal one in Rafina.

Until then, I knew nothing about prefabricated houses. Listening to a colleague, I went online to see everything he was describing to me! I was excited!

I started looking for a plot of land, in 2019 the apartment was sold, I found the plot of land, and I made the first appointment with the KOFINAS company.

Before our appointment, however, as is customary, I wanted to do some research on this subject. I visited two companies with many years of experience as it was written on the internet. I had thought about making three appointments, I left the KOFINAS company for last! 20/12/2019 if I remember correctly, evening in Agia Paraskevi with Mr. Halas.

I was early for the appointment, intentionally, I wanted to acclimatize to the place. In the comfortable lounge where I was waiting, a gentleman approached after a while, his smile was warm and friendly! "Hello"! I felt very at home with the tone of his voice and expression. He asked me who I had an appointment with, I told him, we shook hands in a warm handshake! After a while I entered my appointment. The gentleman was Michalis Kofinas!

My acquaintance with George Halas:

His kindness, his calmness, always when I asked questions and didn't understand, was admirable! I didn't need time to think about what choice I would make.

I chose KOFINAS because it inspired confidence in me, I saw a friendly and cordial environment, I saw the little house in your exhibition with the gable and I loved it!!! We also went through difficulties for a long time given the conditions where everything was dysfunctional!

But again, with those I had contact with, they always informed me with kindness and understanding! I feel the need to write to you about the aftermath.
