1. Self-adhesive waterproofing tape
Its double application to each log separately further enhances the waterproofing of the construction and offers absolute insulation to your new home.
2. Wooden connecting wedge reinforcement
It functions as a connector between the logs and as reinforcement. It consists of wood of the same quality as the masonry. It further strengthens the construction for greater resistance to stress from horizontal loads.
3. Corner joint insulation material
Insulating material is applied to the corner joints of the logs, which offers optimal thermal insulation and tightness to the construction, improving the thermal behavior of the house.
4. Metal clamping cable
Galvanized metal screws that are screwed into the masonry and strengthen it due to their mechanical properties and strength. They offer improved fit to the masonry by increasing the tightness between the logs.
5. Non-adhesive Finnish masonry
We use exclusively Finnish glued laminated timber that does not crack and has increased fire resistance compared to conventional timber. It has an ideal moisture content (12%-14%) due to kiln treatment. It is the best solution for the construction of a new home.
6. Bitumen membrane
These are waterproofing sheets that are placed at the base of each wooden wall. They protect the logs from damage that could occur from moisture in the support base.
7. Metal fixing angle
With these metal angles, the structure is completely connected to the reinforced concrete base. In this way, we have a "tied" structure with increased mechanical strength and improved anti-seismic behavior.

(as much as smaller the U number of your climate zone (region), both bigger the insulation needed)
