It is used to allow air to pass through the roof. Ventilation achieves excellent energy savings and extends the life of the roof.
A particularly weather-resistant material. It is considered non-combustible and does not contain organic impurities such as wood or paper that are sensitive to moisture conditions and can lead to rotting or swelling of the material.
Timber:
The roof includes tiles made from natural raw materials, their color does not change, they do not absorb moisture and are resistant to frost and temperature changes (-50 C).
Swedish timber purlins (kiln-fired, class C24) with particular resistance to warping. As a result, the tiled roof has great resistance to time and severe weather conditions.
Reflective multi-layer insulation. It consists of two outer layers of high purity aluminum foil (99.9%) that reflect 97% of the heat transferred by radiation. These two layers overlap a strong layer of Air Bubble Film, providing mechanical strength and additional resistance to the heat transferred by induction.
Certified material (EN13163 certification) with high thermal insulation capacity. It is self-extinguishing and waterproof. It also functions as a vapor barrier. In addition, it has soundproofing properties.
It provides insulation to the structure and protects against moisture, without allowing the appearance of water vapor that could gradually cause damage to the structure.
