Thermal facade with self-extinguishing and waterproof polystyrene, highly impact resistant. The elastic silicone plaster prevents the appearance of cracks and makes the terrace waterproof.
Before the applied insulation, 50 mm concrete with fiberglass mesh is placed.
It is installed to protect the insulation.
Certified material (EN13163 certification) with high thermal insulation capacity. It is self-extinguishing and waterproof. It also functions as a vapor barrier. In addition, it has soundproofing properties.
On the outer side of the exterior wall and in the construction of the terrace, OSB of the LP factory is placed Category 3- APA with enormous mechanical properties. This material statically strengthens the masonry and enables us to fix any weight to any point on the wall, without the need for a special dowel.
Natural mineral wool offers excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance (class A1-non-combustible materials). Knauf Insulation mineral wools with ECOSE Technology benefit from a formaldehyde-free binder, which is produced from rapidly renewable organic materials and does not include petroleum-based chemicals.
Timber:
The plasterboard false ceiling is not installed directly on the beams but is attached to galvanized Knauf formwork.
It is a cast elastic polyurethane-based membrane. It polymerizes with atmospheric moisture and forms a waterproofing membrane over the entire surface of the terrace. It provides excellent protection from weather conditions and solar radiation, while protecting the other materials of the terrace from wear and tear.
It is placed to prevent the insulating materials underneath it from polymerizing.
2nd bitumen membrane (with tiles): Provides waterproofing to the roof. This is the second layer of two in total, which are placed in a staggered arrangement with each other.
1st bitumen sheet: Provides waterproofing to the roof. This is the first layer of two in total, which are placed in a crisscross pattern between each other.
The bitumen varnish provides waterproofing to the roof.
It provides insulation to the structure and protects against moisture, without allowing the appearance of water vapor that could gradually cause damage to the structure.
Certified gypsum board (EN520:2004+A1:2009 certification) from the Knauf company, 12.5 mm thick, which meets the German standard DIN 18180. They have natural gypsum certifications, as well as biological control.
