The company KOFINAS actively invests in evolution of prefabricated buildings providing its expertise to students of educational institutions for further analysis and researchThese studies offer us new technological perspectives while at the same time helping new generations of engineers to further familiarize themselves with the field of prefabrication in Greece.
Demonstrating our company's non-negotiable principle of continuous research and technological knowledge, Eugenia Kofina, a key corporate executive of KOFINA S.A., studied and presented technologies and construction solutions for prefabricated buildings in a diploma thesis at the National Technical University of Athens.
The work was carried out at NTUA by students Pouliasis Georgios, Psycharis Nikolaos, Dtigakis Charalambos, Bouros Alexandros and Filaretou Filaretos of the School of Civil Engineering of NTUA.
The company KOFINAS offered its expertise for the BEST Athens engineering competition, which organized for the 3rd consecutive time the local level of the largest competition for engineers in Europe, the European BEST Engineering Competition, at the National Technical University of Athens.
The idea of the company KOFINAS was to implement a foldable house by the competing practical construction teams (Team Design).
The lecture was held and presented at NTUA by students Diamantis Elena and Kofina Eugenia of the School of Architecture and Engineering of NTUA.
