So, February 2, 2022 Another scientific seismic resistance experiment was conducted to verify and scientifically approve the maximum static stability of KOFINA prefabricated houses in a three-story full-size building.

Following the statics experiment conducted in November 2009, during which a one-story test house of the company, entering the seismic simulator, withstood up to 1.5 g acceleration while remaining intact, the KOFINAS company wanted to seal this result and go one step further.

Thus, in 2022, he carried out a statics experiment on a three-story full-size test specimen in the seismic simulator at the NTUA, loading it with seismic acceleration stresses of 1G, which is equivalent to 9+ on the Richter scale, without present a fault.
