The factory made masonry pieces are loaded on the company’s trucks and cranes which are later transferred to the site where they are clamped on the concrete base. The assembly is accomplished by a wall to wall procedure, within a minimum amount of time.

In 2011, Kofinas moved on further. A new experiment of a three storey construction took place with equally outstanding results.
