With this letter I would like to report my experience as a customer with the KOFINAS company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In June 2019, we signed an agreement for the construction of a country house, we proceeded within the times stipulated by the agreement in the study and implementation of the architectural plans and other issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unfortunately, in March 2020, the pandemic with Covid 19 began, where it continues to plague us until today, the beginning of 2022. In these 2 years of the pandemic, unfortunately, my business suffered serious financial losses that forced me to retreat and cancel the construction of the residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I discussed with the managers of the KOFINAS company and asked for a refund of some money that I had given, these people understood the problem I had, as well as the problems that the pandemic has created in the market, and they refunded my money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this letter I would like to thank KOFINAS for the refund and for understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
