A few days ago the Kofinas company handed me the keys to my new home! So\u2026 a dream came true for me. The result more than meets my expectations.<\/p>\n
2.5 years ago, when I was still searching and searching among many companies and engineering advice, I chose the Kofinas company, because in the first phase I was won over by the interest and knowledge of the people, Mr. Michalis and Eugenia. I was convinced that they are doing the best. That they want the best for me. Mr. Michalis' phrase "Manoli, I don't sell cheap houses, I sell good houses" has impressed me. And he was right!<\/p>\n
In the second phase, I was won over by the understanding of these people. When I had to deal with delays in issuing the building permit due to archeology and also due to the bank issuing the loan, Eugenia always dealt with all situations with patience. In addition, her knowledge helped to improve the design of the house to fully meet my needs.<\/p>\n
In the third phase, I was won over by the quality of construction, the high-quality materials they use, the speed of construction, the professionalism and the solvency of words and deeds. What we had agreed, at the price we had agreed. Kostas very helpful in the construction area.<\/p>\n
Personally, I thank the Kofinas company, Mr. Michalis, Eugenia, Kostas and all the workers who contributed to my enjoying my home today.<\/p>\n
