Mouzakis, Project Manager NTUA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dr. L. Karapitta, Researcher NTUA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dr. V.K. Ntertimanis, Researcher NTUA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"kf-justify\">in order to extend the action of prefabricated wooden buildings of KOFINAS company, to multi-story constructions and give further knowledge to the company to improve its competitiveness in the construction industry.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"kf-underline\">The technical report of the NTUA scientists, among others, mentions the following:<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-width-1-4 alignleft\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/kofinas\/ntua-experiments\/emp-technical-report-2012.jpg\" alt=\"Technical report by NTUA scientists\"><\/p>\n<dl class=\"uk-description-list uk-description-list-line uk-width-3-4 kf-justify\">\n<dt>\n<h5 class=\"kf-underline\">Benefits for participants<\/h5>\n<\/dt>\n<dd>Participants will develop new scientific knowledge. Specifically, the KOFINAS company is expected to use the study results, for a modern, highly competitive manufacturing.<\/dd>\n<dt>\n<h5 class=\"kf-underline\">Benefits for society<\/h5>\n<\/dt>\n<dd>The final product is expected to be a positive step towards meeting the <strong>green design philosophy<\/strong>. The cost of the resulting construction will be highly competitive, affordable and attractive for society, with obvious economic and environmental advantages.
