When we decided to build a small country house in Mesagro, Aegina, as residents of Athens and people with many obligations and an intensive lifestyle, we were particularly concerned about whether we could meet the demands of a building, in terms of time and personal occupation.

So we thought of the solution of the prefabricated house. After contacts we had with various manufacturers, we ended up with the Kofinas company which inspired us more confidence due to its long experience. The result of our cooperation not only did not refute but on the contrary justified our choice.

After the usual and expected time spent on the planning approval process, work is finally starting. The company had informed us that setting up the house would take about 25 days and to our concerns about the quality of the materials and the insulation of the house they answered that they guaranteed that, after the completion of the project, we would be delighted. Suspicious customers, like everyone these days, we thought it was a dose of exaggeration, which is in the game when we talk about trade and promotion of a product.

Now that the work has been completed and the house handed over, we can say with certainty that we chose people who were completely consistent with what they had agreed. There was not the slightest deviation in the amounts specified in our initial agreement, which is particularly important for anyone who, with a certain amount of money at their disposal, wants to see their house completed. The schedule was kept to the letter, with the house finally completed in 19 days! The build quality was impeccable, with very good quality materials. The company's crews worked with particular coordination and intensively, so that precious time was not lost. Congratulations we also feel the need to give for the morale of the people who worked for the construction, who were polite, cooperative, comprehensible and willing to satisfy our every – logical, of course – desire in the course of the work.

So we sincerely thank the Kofinas company. We highly recommend her and as we enjoy our new home, we will remember and commemorate our harmonious partnership.
